Christopher O’Neill, Sr. Born into the world on October 28, 1963. Born
into eternal life on May 15, 2026. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Serva).
Dedicated and proud father of the late Jamie, the late Gerry, Christopher
Jr., Matthew, the late Jody, Raymond, Nicholas, and Jacqueline. Cherished
son of the late Eugene and the late Frances O’Neill. Dear son-in-law of the
late Raymond and the late Sophie Serva. Fond brother of Eugene
(Noreen), Caroline, William, John, Sarah (Ted Strandt), Maryann (Romuald)
Wattelle, Gregory, Juliana Lareaux, and Shawn (Debra Scimeca-) O’Neill.
Caring brother-in-law of Joanne (the late Sam) Amedeo, the late Ronald
(MaryLynn) Serva, Richard (Deborah Bryk-) Serva, Ray (the late Jill) Serva,
and Raylene (Frank) Rzasa. Devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Faithful friend. Chris had over twenty years of service in the electrical utility
industry at ComEd. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Rita
High School or Mother McAuley High School in Christopher’s memory,
continuing his legacy of supporting Catholic High School Education.
