John T. Thielman

John T. Thielman, known as Terry to those he loved, 73, of Manitowish Waters, WI, passed away on July 16, 2026. He was born to Casper and Frances Thielman on April 28, 1953 in Chicago, IL.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents Casper and Frances Thielman, brothers Casper and Peter Thielman, sisters Joyce Kubiatowski and Janice Judeh, and sons Jason and James Teafoe.

Terry is survived by his sister Cynthia(Felix) Siston, daughters Shelley(Chris) Kidwell and Jennifer(Sergei) Vahmistrovs, son Jeff(Rachel) Teafoe, grandchildren Nikolai, Svetlana, Tryston, Lucille, and his many nieces and nephews.

Terry loved the outdoors and being in nature. Hunting and fishing with his kids and their dog Blackie by his side..that’s what he cherished. He was also a proud member of the Teamsters Union.
