Mauro Alvarez Tapia, Age 87, peacefully passed away on November 24, 2023. He was the loving son of Luis (+) and Agapita (+). He was an adoring husband to Maria Guadalupe. He was the father to Janette.

His visitation will be held on Tuesday November 28, 2023, from 2:00p.m. To 9:00p.m, at Sagrada Familia Funeral Home, 4950 West 79th Street Burbank IL 60459. His funeral mass will be held on Wednesday November 29, 2023, at 11:00a.m., at St Peter and Paul Parish,3745 South Paulina Street Chicago IL 60609.  His Entombment will be held at Queen of Heaven, 1400 South Wolf Rd, Hillside IL 60162 after the funeral mass.
