Oaklynn Ivy Ortiz

Oaklynn Ivy Ortiz passed away on September 21, 2023 after just shy of 2 months of her earthly life. She was the dearly beloved daughter of Orlando Ortiz and Jeanette DeJesus. She will be missed greatly by her siblings, Alexander Ortiz, Julie Ortiz, Charlez Juarez, Isabelle Ortiz, Alexandra Juarez, Reyna Juarez, Olivia Ortiz, and her twin brother Odin Ortiz, who all loved her so dearly.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 2, 2023 from 2:00pm-9:00pm at Sagrada Familia Funeral Home, 4950 W. 79th St. Burbank, IL 60459. Funeral to follow the next day, October 3, 2023 at 8:00am. Proceeding to St. Bede Church, 8200 S. Kostner Ave, Chicago, IL for Funeral Mass at 10:00am. Interment to follow at St. Casimir Cemetery, 4401 W. 111th St. Chicago, IL.
