Teresa Diaz

Teresa Diaz, Age 68, peacefully passed away on September 9, 2023. She was the loving daughter of Juan and Eliazar. She was a loving mother to Rodrigo, Juan, Alfonso, Jessica, Jose, Fermin, Nestor, and Arturo. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Erick, Alfonso Jr., Jonathan, Justin, Julian, Ivan, James, Sebastian, D’Angelo, Mariely, Esmeralda, Maria Guadalupe, Zenaida, Nathaniel, and Geno.  She left so many warm memories. She will be missed by her family and friends.

Her visitation will be held on Friday September 15, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. To 9:00 p.m. at Sagrada Familia Funeral Home, 4950 West 79th Street Burbank, IL 60459. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday September 16, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Parish, located at 4541 South Wood Street, Chicago IL 60609. Her interment will be held at St Casimir located at 4401 West 111th Street, Chicago IL 60655.
