Velia Ayala,

Velia was the daughter of Simon and Macaria. She was born on November 6,1977 and she peacefully passed away on November 13,2021. Velia left behind so many warm and loving memories. Her visitation will be on Tuesday November 23,2021 from 2:00 pm until 9:00pm. On Wednesday November 24, 2021 we will open the chapel at 8:00am. The interment will be held at Saint Casimir Catholic Cemetery, it is located at 4401 West 111th Street, Chicago Illinois 60655.
